For our own wedding we had a mixture of ‘real flowers’ and hundreds of felt flowers, which not only saved us some money but meant that we had a memento of the day that would be everlasting. We chose to make all our flowers for the reception venue, so we had flowers in teapots on the tables and flowers scattered around as well as the gorgeous real flowers from the church on the top table. I’d always wanted gerberas in my bouquets so my bridemaids and I all had gerberas from a fantastic local florist, and the corsages/button holes were also ordered to match, and I like the combination of handmade and local. We offer a range of handmade flowers to suit your colour scheme as follows, but if there are any other requests please do not hesitate to contact me:

For my own wedding I decided to go for real flowers for the bouquets and church only, but if you want to take the stress out of not knowing what your flowers will look like until just before you walk down the aisle why not get handmade bouquets, perfect for brides, bridesmaids and flower girls. They can be made in several different shapes, sizes and colours to suit your day. If you’re a bride that wants to throw your bouquet then why not get a smaller one too to throw and keep your own as an everlasting memory that won’t dry, rot or discolour!

Corsages and button holes

If you want to keep with the handmade flower theme then you could get corsages and button holes to match bouquets for your wedding party, and even have a link on your invites for guests to get flowers to match their own outfits. We can make flowers for the hair to brighten up any outfit or compliment your bridesmaids and even the beautiful bride. Each buttonhole can be different with a running theme or they can all be the same – there is even an option on the best man’s to have ribbon attached to hold the rings safely in his pocket. These are also perfect wedding favours for your guests, and can tie in with all your other flowers and be a special reminder of your big day.

Table flowers

There are many ways of displaying flowers on tables, whether it be that you to emphasise height, colour or … Our own flowers were displayed in teapots to go with our mad hatters theme but you can either order flowers individually and arrange them yourself or choose a display option. We are more than happy to discuss bespoke arrangements to suit your theme and colour scheme.

Flower decorations

As well as the tables, we can make co-ordinating flowers to go around the reception room, on the ends of pews and in the church or even to hang from the ceiling or on walls. The options are endless! Whatever your choice we can help you decorate it to the rooftops or be as subtle as need be.
